TIME

One thought I’ve had resounding consistently over the week is that, in a way, we’ve probably all wished for this time. Of course we didn’t wish for world pandemic. But in a situation we all despise, we have been giving this time. So what will we do with it, is ultimately the questions.

Will we use it to become anxious, to get negative, to start unhealthy habits, to loose hope, to become pessimistic about the world?

Or.

Will we use it to become closer to friends and family by means of technology, will we actually make phone calls instead of text messages to friends and have a good chat? Will we try new healthy recipes, exercise at home, pray, read scripture, learn a new skill via online teachers or youtube, maybe read that book we haven’t had time to read?

Theres always two sides to every situation and you get to choose which lives within you.

Sure you’ll have those moments of negativity, but you decide what you intentionally focus on and rumen-ate on.

As I write this blog I’m listening to the song “See A Victory” by elevation. My playlist is on shuffle, but I love that this song is playing write now underneath these words. The artist writes that God takes what the enemy means for evil and turns it for our good. That’s how powerful and miracle working our God is.

Turn to him, as him for the good in this, and trust that he will reveal that to you. One blessing at a time, one provision at a time, one promise fulfilled at a time.

Choose the good, choose the positive. Live on the victory side of life.
